Streamit terms
These terms are between you (the business using Streamit) and CM & VP Industries Pty Ltd, ABN 43 645 539 206 ("we"), who provide Streamit. Updated 1 November 2026.
1. Your subscription
- Streamit is a monthly subscription, charged in Australian dollars. Prices include GST.
- Insights plan: the CEO dashboard and the three-way forecast, built from your Xero, for up to 3 people.
- Full plans: priced by how many active staff you have. If you grow past your plan's limit, we'll ask you to move up a plan.
- Add-ons, such as the AI Inbox, are charged on top of your plan.
- The prices and any offer (for example a founding-member discount) are the ones shown in Billing when you choose your plan. An offer only lasts for the months it says.
- Payments are taken by Stripe, by card, at the start of each month of service.
2. Free trial
New businesses get a 14-day free trial. No card is needed. At the end of the trial you choose a plan to keep going. If you don't, your Streamit pauses and your data is kept.
3. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from Billing in Streamit. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't give refunds for part months.
4. Fair use
Use Streamit for running your own business. Don't use it to break the law, send spam, store content you don't have the right to, try to get into other businesses' data, or put unreasonable load on the service. We may limit or stop use that does.
5. Your data
- You own the data you and your team put into Streamit.
- We only use it to run Streamit for you, keep it secure and help when you ask us to. We don't use your data, or data read from Xero, to train AI models.
- The owner can download a copy at any time, and we'll export it for you on request.
- After you cancel, your data is kept so you can come back or download it. If you'd like it deleted, email privacy@streamitnow.au and we'll delete it within 30 days.
6. Missed payments
If a payment fails, you have 7 days' grace to update your card. After that we may suspend your Streamit until it's paid. Suspending never deletes your data.
7. The service
We work hard to keep Streamit running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will never be unavailable or free of errors. We may change or improve features over time, and we'll tell you before we remove anything important.
Not financial advice. The CEO dashboard, the three-way forecast, its suggestions and AI write-ups show figures and scenarios built from your own records and the settings you choose. They're general information, not financial, tax or legal advice. Check important decisions with your accountant or adviser.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything to do with Streamit is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell the owner at least 30 days before it applies.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia.
